The former Prime Minister of Israel, Ehud Omert jailed 19 Months for Corruption. He was Prime Minister between 2006 to 2009.
In the light of the above, I don’t see why past Nigeria leaders who are suspected of corruption should not be investigated and tried in the court of law. If they are found guilty , they should be sentenced accordingly. These includes Jonathan, Obasanjo and Babangida and past Governors who have enriched themselves from State coffers.
No one should be above the law and to the citizens of Nigeria, enough of hailing these corrupt politicians and stop showing them respect wherever you meet them.
