NMPC commiserate with Tinubu

THE Nigerian Movement for Positive Change (NMPC) on Thursday commiserated with the national leader of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu over the death of his eldest son,Jide, on Wednesday night.

NMPC, in a statement issued and signed by its President, Barrister Niyi Aborisade, described as unfortunate the death of the scion of Tinubu dynasty, Jide, in his prime.

According to the statement,”NMPC uses this medium to condole with the family of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu over the death of his son, Jide. His death, without mincing words is a shock to many, a news which shook everyone to the marrow.

“Jide, who was said to be hale and hearty died at a time his peers are looking forward to him to lead their generation.

‘As a parent, it is a sad news. To his immediate family-wife and children, it is a trial period while it is a test of faith for his other siblings.

“we pray that God give his wife and children the grace to bear the sudden departure, and grant his parent, especially, Senator Bola Tinubu the will at this point in time to bear the loss.”

Senator Tinubu who had been receiving sympathizers in his Abuja home since Wednesday morning jet out of Nigeria on Thursday morning after receiving delegation of some politicians from the South-West.
