NMPC sympathizes with Buhari over son’s accident

The National Movement for Positive Change (NMPC) has called for prayer for the quick recovery of Yusuf, President Muhammadu Buhari’s son, who was involved in a power bike accident around Gwanripa area, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, last week.

NMPC also sympathizes with the family of Yusuf’s partner in the accident, Bashir Gwandu, who is also in a critical condition.

Yusuf Buhari, the son of Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari was drag racing with a friend, Bashir Gwandu when they both crashed in Gwanripa neighborhood in Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja. Gwandu was also critically injured and remain in critical condition.

NMPC, in a statement signed by its President, Barrister Niyi Aborisade called on Nigerians to pray for Yusuf and Gwandu and wish the two promising young Nigerians a speedy recovery.

The statement reads: “Our heartfelt sympathy goes with the family of the President Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari on the accident of his son, Yusuf, who was involved in an accident in Abuja with his friend, Gwandu, last week.

“We use this medium to wish both Yusuf and Gwandu speedy recovery and call on Nigerians to join the first family in this trial period. At NMPC, we sympathize with the Buharis and Gwandus and pray to God to graciously grant the two friends recovery and come back to life.”
