NMPC 2nd democracy lecture holds on Saturday

ALL is now set for 2018 second democracy lecture of a non-governmental organisation, Nigerian Movement for Positive Change (NMPC), Rights Solutions and Capacity Builders Initiative, this Saturday June 2, 2018, at SDM Event and Conference Centre, opposite UCH second gate, Ibadan, Oyo state, by 9.00 a.m.

The event, second in the last two months by the organisation is themed: “Political leadership in Nigeria.”

According to NMPC President, Barrister Niyi Aborisade, renown Nigerian democrats and politicians of high repute are expected to deliver papers; as well as educate Nigerians on their rights in political development of the country.

Aborisade said: “As a our mission in enhancing the quality of lives among Nigerians through democracy, the Nigerian Movement for Positive Change (NMPC) has put up another scintillating seminar to enrich Nigerian’s intelligence.

“This series, after the last held in Lagos recently is put together to bring back the memory and active roles of notable and young Nigerians during pre-colonial, colonial and post colonial political development of Nigeria. This is to further sensitise both young and adult Nigerians to their civic responsibility that they should stand up to contribute their quota to real political development of the country at this crucial moment.”
